Complaints and returns of goods
A detailed description of the complaint or return process can be found in our Terms and Conditions. We are sorry that for some reason you are forced to complain or return the goods. We are always at your disposal to resolve the case as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of both parties.
The first step is to fill out the following form in the most detailed way. We will then contact you and inform you about the next steps. We use the Retino service, which gives you control over the complaint, return or exchange process from start to finish.
Do not store or mechanically alter goods that do not match your order in color or shape or that are damaged, defective or incomplete. If you have not received a complete package (missing box, missing product, wrong product) or another error has occurred (e.g. one of the boxes is a different color), please contact us immediately by sending a photo document to the address provided. We will process your case as soon as possible and resolve the situation.
